Health Promotion

Kooweerup Regional Health Service is one of the first Victorian Hospitals to become a Health Promoting Hospital and has joined the International Health Promoting Hospitals network.

A health promoting health service is a hospital that knows that good health is about more than treating sick people. A health promoting health service works towards improving the health of the people in the community, its patients and it's own staff.
