Admission Criteria

Admission to Kooweerup Regional Health Service is by referral from a treating doctor or specialist. Our services are provided to all members of the local community who live or work in the Westernport region. The rural area we provide healthcare for is shown on the map to the right. Kooweerup Regional Health Service can provide: Palliative Care. Post Surgical Care. Slow Stream Rehabilitation. Acute Medical. Interim Care.
