Westernport Nursing Home is a 20 bed High Care facility, to be eligible for admission patients must complete an Aged Care Assessment. To apply an expression of Interest Form must be completed prior to being added to the waiting list.
Westernport Nursing Home is Fully Accredited with the Aged Care Standards Agency; the last audit was completed in September 2007, all 44 Standards were passed with minimal recommendations from the auditor.
Residents and Relatives Meetings are held in the Nursing Home on a bi-monthly basis. For future dates please download flyer here.
