Peer Support

The Peer Support Group is a volunteer program who can be contacted by individuals from the community who need assistance with an issue/s they may have. The trained facilitators who are available via mobile phone 24hrs a day have a support network of trained health professionals.

Volunteer Program where community can contact trained facilitators to assist in any issues they may have.  Contactable via mobile phone 24 hours per day and supported by qualified professionals.

The community garden located at the front of Kooweerup Regional Health Service is a partnership project between the Kooweerup Secondary College and the Kooweerup Health Service.
